Helping people make
sense of the world we’re living in.

My Story

I’ve always been more interested in understanding people than convincing or controlling them…

That curiosity eventually led me into education, human development, and behavioral science, where I spent years studying how people learn, connect, form beliefs, and make meaning of the world around them.

My background in education gave me a framework for understanding how people learn, interpret the world, form identity, and navigate community. But over time, I became increasingly curious about what happens when those theories leave the textbook and show up in real life, so I started a journey.

Somewhere along the way, I realized most people aren’t actually arguing about politics, work, race, or relationships…

They’re responding to completely different versions of reality based on their own needs.

  • Why people misunderstand each other;

  • Why some conversations create connection while others create distance;

  • Why identity and belonging shape so much of how we move through the world, and

  • Why two people can experience the same moment so differently.

Now, my work lives in the space between research and real life:

Turning the science of human behavior into language people can actually see themselves in.

People are carrying more than they know how to explain…

Sometimes what people need most isn’t another debate, hot take, or perfectly polished answer.

They need language for what they’ve been feeling all along.

My work is in creating conversations that help people slow down, reflect, and reconnect with themselves and each other.

The streets are talking about Remington…

Understanding changes people.

So does being understood.

I work with individuals, teams, schools, and organizations who want deeper understanding, healthier conversations, and more human-centered ways of moving through the world.
